Design Process
User Research: summary
I conducted qualitative research to gain and understand the user's thoughts, attitudes, experiences, and needs for medical services.
I asked them about their recent medical experience and expectations, online medical services if they take any or why they don't consider online service, and their expectations from online services.
Most of them prefer to take offline services because there are a lot of fraudulent cases happening online there are no rules to verify the doctor's profile. Sometimes doctors remain so busy that they are not even concerned about listening to their problems carefully. Especially in an emergency situation, it's really hard to find a doctor for any immediate help.
Pain points
Trustworthy
Online services are not trustworthy.
Service
Dissatisfactory and lengthy services from hospitals.
Emergency Service
In any emergency case, doctors are not always available or need to wait for a longer period.

Color & Typography
The color and typography: I choose different shades of blue and white color as primary color because these are the color of trust, purity commitment, peace, honesty which is best fit for the medical product.
Accessibility Considerations
I used headings with different-sized text for a clear visual hierarchy.
I used accessible color contrast.
I used bold text type so that people who are color blind can notice the important information easily.
